What if I don't have a credit card?
We will also accept personal checks and money orders by mail. You can simply print out your order form and mail it along with your form of payment to the address below:

EXPRESS SHIPPING
For an additional $10.00 we offer 2-DAY UPS which may ship the next business day if your order is placed by 9:00 am PST.
We currently do not offer overnight shipping.
Do I have to pay sales taxes?
No. tibstyle will pay all applicable sales taxes shipped to a California address.
Does tibstyle offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift-wrapping services but the majority of our products (except our larger items (our photograph collection) are individually gift boxed at no added charge to you.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
If your order is being shipped to a P.O. Box it must be sent by United States Postal Service Mail (tracking not available). UPS and FEDEX require a street address for delivery.
Do you ship to an international address or to APO addresses?
Sorry, but at this time, we do not accept international orders. We are unable to ship to APO addresses.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
How can I cancel my order?
Send us an email using the word "Cancellation" on the subject line to cancel your order. The email must include the date ordered, your name and the address where items were to be shipped. If you have already received notification that your order has been shipped your order cannot be cancelled at this time. Once your order is received you can return it for a full refund however shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
What are tibstyle.com return and exchange policies?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. You may return items in their original condition, for any reason, within 15 days of receipt.

Your refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase within one or two billing periods.
Shipping/Insured charges are non-refundable
